Graduate training is divided into five training areas: clinical, cognition & neuroscience, developmental, quantitative, and social & personality. Each graduate student is affiliated with an area. Explore the Areas to see if one is right for you.
2. Identify Potential Faculty Mentors.
The Department of Psychological Sciences follows a mentorship model: graduate students work with specific faculty in specific labs. Explore the Faculty and Labs section of the Areas pages. Look for a good fit between your research goals and our faculty. A careful selection of potential faculty mentors is an important part of the application process.
3. Explore the Program.
Please read about the program of study, financial support, graduate student life, diversity, chances of admission, and, if applicable, information for international students.
