Research Interests
My research interests broadly span how alcohol use and misuse is related to personality (stability and change), self-perceptions of adulthood, and alcohol-related negative consequences. Specifically, my current program of research examines the nature of sober-to-drunk personality "change" and individual difference variables that may predict nuances of one's drunken mood, affect, and behavior.
Biographical Sketch
Clinically, I am active in Dialectical Behavior Therapy for individuals with Borderline Personality Disorder,
Brief Interventions for those with substance use disorders, as well as more standard cognitive behavioral individual therapy work at the Psychological Services Clinic.
