Alumni Spotlight

Dr. Harvey received his Ph.D. (1971) in Social Psychology from the University of Missouri, Columbia. Professor Harvey is a social psychologist at the University of Iowa, with research interests in attribution theory, account-making, psychological aspects of close relationships, and the social-health-clinical psychology interface. In 2000, he received a Distinguished Career Award, given by the International Society for the Study of Personal Relationships.
