Undergraduate Studies Courses

Courses numbered 999 and below do not count toward degree requirements.
Courses numbered in the 1000 range are intended for freshmen.
Courses numbered in the 2000 range are intended for sophomores.
Courses numbered in the 3000 range are intended for juniors and seniors.
Courses numbered in the 4000 range are intended for juniors and seniors.
Courses available to both graduates and undergraduate students have two numbers: one at the 4000 level for undergraduates and one at the 7000 level for graduates.
Courses numbered 5000 and higher are intended for graduate students.
