Clinical Practicum Supervision
Kristin Hawley, Ph.D., is a clinical psychologist, director of the Center for Evidence-Based Youth Mental Health, co-developer of the Family Access Center of Excellence, faculty affiliate of the Missouri Prevention Science Institute, and professor of Psychological Sciences at the University of Missouri. She earned her bachelor’s degree from University of Missouri-Columbia, M.A. and Ph.D. from University of California-Los Angeles, and postdoctoral fellowship from San Diego State University, Rady Children’s Hospital-San Diego and the Child and Adolescent Services Research Center. She completed clinical training at Los Angeles’ Child and Family Guidance Center, UCLA’s Semel Institute Childhood OCD, Anxiety & Tic-Related Disorders Program, St. John’s Child and Family Development Center, and Didi Hirsch Community Mental Health Services. She has an active research program focused on improving mental health services for children, adolescents and families. She continues to provide clinical training, consultation and supervision to graduate students and professionals.
